A slight hiccup: Some of the templates did not quite match the drawings. The bottom panel had a curved portion where it should have been straight. So well does the design utilise the material that the four-millimetre oversize would make it difficult or impossible to fit all the panels into the sheet of plywood. The transom and midships seat were of the right proportions, but slightly oversize. This was caused by using a router bit that was smaller than the control system was programmed with. The bottom panel is already replaced, and the other two bits is in process now.
